What Should You Know About Getting a Tax Refund at Bangkok Airport?

🔸 Tourists visiting Bangkok should be aware that they can get a VAT refund for their purchases.

🔸 For example, if you buy H&M brand products at Terminal 21,

🔸 you can get a VAT refund if you spend over 2,000 Baht.

🔸 If you purchase H&M brand products for over 2,000 Baht, the cashier will provide you with an invoice for the VAT refund.

🔸 When paying, present your passport (in Singapore, they may also ask for your Gmail).

🔸 If you have a lot of purchases in Bangkok and need a VAT refund at the airport, check out from your hotel early.

🔸 Arrive at the airport about 3 hours before your flight.

🔸 The VAT refund counter usually has long lines and it can take around an hour to process.
